Easy Melon and Prosciutto Skewers with Mozzarella
Just like the watermelon feta trend, I was skeptical about making these Easy Melon and Prosciutto Skewers with Mozzarella at first. And cantaloupe is not my favorite fruit, but there’s something about the sweet, salty and herby combo that just works. I guess it’s trending for a reason! This is another easy, bite-sized party appetizer that requires little skill and absolutely no cooking. Plus, it looks stunning and tastes great too! Win, win, win.
