- Scoop melon balls out of 1 cantaloupe using melon baller.
- Pull the basil leaves off the stems.
- Thread the melon balls, then a piece of proscuitto, then basil, then mozzarella balls onto a skewer.
- Place skewers on a platter and generously drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Drizzle with EVOO and add a pinch of salt and a few cracks of black pepper if desired.
