No-Bake Boursin Cheese Dip with Pecans and Hot Honey
There’s something so great about a recipe that doesn’t require cooking, comes together in under ten minutes and is delicious! This NO-BAKE BOURSIN CHEESE DIP WITH PECANS AND HOT HONEY is the ultimate easy app and when I brought it to my friend’s house for dinner, everyone devoured it, even the kids!
Until I saw people making Boursin dip on TikTok I never thought to try it as a dip. I’ve had it as a spread, almost like a cream cheese spread, but the dip version is a whole other level! I guarantee this Boursin appetizer will be your new favorite party app or an easy weekday snack.

Why I Love This Recipe
- The dip is only 3 ingredients.
- It comes together in under 10 minutes.
- There’s no cooking or baking involved, so anyone can make it.
- And it is creamy, salty, sweet and delicious!
How To Make No-Bake Boursin Cheese Dip with Pecans and Hot Honey
Equipment:
- Serving platter or plate
- Spoon
Ingredients:
- Boursin Cheese (I used the garlic and fine herbs flavor, but any flavor works)
- Pecans (crushed)
- Hot Honey (this is my favorite hot honey, it’s not too spicy)
- Crackers (this is my favorite cracker)
Instructions:
- Place the Boursin cheese on the serving platter.
- Spread the cheese out with the back of a spoon until it covers the bottom of the platter.
- Sprinkle the crushed pecans all over the top of the cheese. Use as little or as much as you like.
- Generously drizzle the hot honey all over the top of the cheese and pecans. Dip and enjoy!

Recipe Riffs
Swap The Nuts. I’ve seen a similar recipe using pistachios, so if you like them over pecans, go for it! If you don’t like nuts or are serving guests with dietary restrictions, forgo the nuts. If you miss the crunch, crush up some gluten-free and nut-free crackers and sprinkle on the dip instead.
Add Fresh Herbs. Use the herb Boursin cheese flavor and add some chopped thyme, parsley or chives and stir into the cheese.
Spice It Up. If you like it HOT, use this Red Clay hot honey instead and add a few red pepper flakes.
Sweet Swap. If you don’t want any heat, simply use regular honey instead.

What To Serve With Boursin Cheese Dip
- Serve with crackers, pita chips, crusty bread or any other vessel to get the dip from table to mouth!
- Don’t want the carbs? Serve with fresh veggies like carrots, cucumbers, celery or bell pepper slices.
- Fruit slices like apples or pears are also a great option for dipping.
- A great way to use this dip is on a charcuterie board. Include it as part of a larger spread with cured meats, cheeses, fruits and nuts.

Storing Leftovers
Store the dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It should stay fresh and tasty for up to 3 days. Give it a gentle stir before serving and add a little more hot honey.
Ways to Use Leftovers
Spread on Toast. Use any extra dip as a flavorful spread for morning toast or spread on sandwiches
Top Grilled Meats. Add a spoonful of the dip on top of grilled chicken or steak for a lovely herby and creamy finish.
