- Slice watermelon and feta cheese into bite-sized cubes.
- Wash mint and pull apart leaves. Wash blueberries
- Assemble skewers with the watermelon on the bottom, then the feta, then a mint leaf, top with blueberry.
- Drizzle generously with the balsamic glaze.
Notes
- Try to cut the watermelon and feta into similarly sized bites. The colder the ingredients, the easier to cut.
- It will be easier to cut the feta cheese if you pop it into the freezer for about 10-15 minutes before.
- Chill all ingredients before assembling the skewers and before serving.
