Total Time 25 minutes
Servings: 10
Course: Appetizer
Cuisine: American

Ingredients

  • 1 Container Burrata Filling "Stracciatella" (or two Burrata balls)
  • 1 Pint Cherry tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1 Package Prosciutto (or other sliced meat)
  • 1 Pint Strawberries (or any in-season fruit)
  • 1 Bunch Basil (leaves pulled off)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for drizzling)
  • Salt & Pepper (for the burrata and tomatoes; to taste)

Equipment

  • 1 Serving platter or board
  • Prep bowls for ingredients (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a row, starting at the top of the board, make a line of fruit, then burrata filling, tomatoes, prosciutto, basil, and repeat backwards until you reach the other end of the board. (I only used one row of tomatoes).
  2. Drizzle EVOO and sprinkle S&P on the burrata and tomatoes.

Notes

**Cherries and peach slices are a great option instead of strawberries.
**I only put the tomatoes on one side of my board, but feel free to line it up any way you like!
