Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place a piece of parchment paper on a 9x13 cookie sheet.
- Spread the potato chips on the cookie sheet in an even layer.
- Spread the tomatoes, the mozzarella, then the basil evenly on top of the chips. If including prosciutto, spread it evenly on the chips too.
- Bake in the oven on 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Pull the chips from the oven and sprinkle on the basil and drizzle generously with balsamic glaze.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- If feeding a crowd, you can use a full-size cookie sheet and double the recipe.
- You can use a solid or sliced mozzarella log, just tear into bite-sized pieces.
- Small mozzarella balls work too and no tearing is needed!
