St. Patrick's Day Charcuterie Board

An easy and delicious St. Patrick's Day small plate charcuterie board made for one!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 brie wheel
  • 1 dip or spread
  • 3-4 slices turkey
  • 3-4 slices ham
  • 1 wedge Irish Porter cheese
  • 1 small log goat Cheese
  • 1 honeycomb
  • 1 pkg sugar snap peas
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 bunch green grapes
  • 1 pkg potato chips
  • 1 pkg crackers
  • 1 pkg gold coins

Equipment

  • 1 Dinner plate with a lip
  • 1 shamrock cookie cutter
  • 1 Cheese knife
  • Toothpicks

Instructions
 

  1. Cut out a shamrock shape from the wheel of brie using a 4" cookie cutter.
  2. Place brie in the middle of the plate or wherever it works best for your design.
  3. Place the small bowl of onion dip (or other spread, dip, or jam you are using) on the plate.
  4. Place the other snacks around the brie and the dip bowl until you've filled the plate.

Notes

  • Make sure to distribute the types of snacks and colors evenly on the plate.
  • Get creative!
