- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the crackers in 3 rows of 10 crackers each on the baking sheet.
- Cut the bacon into pieces the size of a club cracker, about about 1.5 x 2.5 inches. Trim the sides to fit if necessary.
- Spoon the maple syrup onto each bacon-covered cracker, just enough to evenly cover the bacon.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is fully cooked and the crackers are golden brown.
- Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy!
Notes
- Don't use too much maple syrup, or it will cause the syrup to run off the crackers and make a runny mess! Use just enough to cover each piece of bacon evenly.
- Keep an eye on the crackers in the last few minutes to prevent them from burning.
