Ingredients

  • 1 wheel Double cream Brie cheese or any wheel of brie
  • 1 container Cranberry sauce I used about 1/2 cups
  • 1/4-1/3 cup Pistachios chopped

Equipment

  • 1 baking dish like a round Brie baker or any small dish
  • 1 Knife for scoring the Brie
  • 1 Serving plate or platter
  • 1 Spoon
  • 1 Spreader knife

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C)
  2. Place your wheel of Brie in a small baking dish and place it in the preheated oven.
  3. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the Brie is soft and the rind starts to bulge. Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish.
  4. Spoon cranberry sauce over the top of the Brie.
  5. Sprinkle with pistachios.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite crackers. Add a few apple slices for dipping too!

Notes

  • I love this recipe because you can really make it your own! Any type of jam or preserves, and your choice of nuts, will work. So you can really tailor this to any holiday or season!
  • Plus, the proportions don't matter. Use as much or as little jam and nuts as you like.
